Position Summary:
The Care & Connection Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Care & Connection Ministries and for the Central Leadership Team Pastor for Care & Connection. This role will also assist in aspects of the overall first experience for guests and members of Fellowship Bible Church.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide direct administrative support for Central Leadership Team Pastor of Care & Connection and the Care/Connection Team
Provide administrative support for Wednesday Nights at Fellowship
Provide administrative support for bi-weekly Senior Adult ministry
Provide administrative support for the premarital and funeral processes
Provide administrative support and daily organization of Biblical Counseling Ministry
Handle incoming phone calls and emails for Care & Connection Ministries
Daily update and email of Hospital Report/Prayer List as well as coordination of Care Cases
Maintain Benevolence files and respond in the appropriate manner to Benevolence calls and walk-ins
Database support for data entry, preparation of reports, and presentations
Provide administrative support for Connection Ministry
Coordinate Communion teams for preparations and order supplies as needed (attendance is required for both services on once-a-month Communion Sunday at WLR and clean up after services)
Order supplies for and preparation of First Time Guests gifts for Fellowship campuses
Restock Connection Center and prepare it for Sunday mornings
Manage Budget Planning Process for Care & Connection Ministries and Connection team
Coordinate annual CPR training for Connection Team Leaders and Captains for WLR, making the training available to other campuses if needed
Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
College degree preferred
Professional administrative experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Able to balance multiple tasks in an effective and efficient manner
Serves and interacts well with volunteers, members, and guests
Serves and operates well in team environment
Spiritual Requirements:
Committed to Fellowship Bible Church’s mission, values, and beliefs
Handle confidential information in a Christ like and professional manne.
If not a member of Fellowship Bible Church, will commit to going through the membership process
Regular involvement in Fellowship Bible Church activities and events
Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in Fellowship Bible Church’s Employee Manual

Work Schedule:
Full-time; M-Th 8:30am-5:00pm, Fri 8:00am-12:00pm
