Position Summary:
Fellowship Bible Church is seeking a team-oriented Student Worship Pastor passionate about student discipleship and building into volunteers to join the Student Ministry team at the West Little Rock Campus. Responsibilities listed below are campus specific unless otherwise noted.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Plan, lead, execute worship?services for students
• Schedule the band and tech booth volunteers?on Planning Center?
• Set up pro presenter for weekly services. Input sermon slides, games, songs, etc.??
• Make tracks for worship, print chord charts, etc. for worship?
• Make sure stage maintains a?clean and professional atmosphere
• Oversee creative elements for FSM. Main contact to Media regarding art direction for sermon series and video direction
• Curate and?make playlists for students, events, and Wednesday nights
• Write and produce 1-2 songs for a sermon series,?Winterchill, or single per year
• Develop worship volunteers and students musically and spiritually
• Present on Sunday mornings to connect with students and church body
• Partnership with the worship team through creative, song writing, and worship and prayer
• Lead Wednesday service meeting
• Lead Sermon Series Creative Meetings
• Relationally connect with students at school events and lunches
• Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
• College degree preferred not required
• Seminary degree preferred not required
• Previous ministry experience required
Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Docs
• Initiates well on their own, anticipating needs
• A heart to serve the Lord and grow his Kingdom through the Worship ministry
• A desire to shepherd and lead in student ministry
• Able to balance multiple tasks in an effective and efficient manner
• Serves and interacts well with team members, staff, leaders, parents, and worship volunteers
• Operates well in a team environment – Willing to voice an opinion, engage in healthy conflict, and be on board with the direction of the team
• Eager to recruit, develop, grow, and serve on teams
• Has strong communication skills on stage, one on one, and written
• Constant learner who is eager to grow in ministry and leadership

• Committed to Fellowship Bible Church’s mission, values, and beliefs
• High relational capacity and a servant’s heart
• Handle confidential information in a Christ like and professional manner
• A heart to serve the Lord and grow his Kingdom
• If not a member of Fellowship Bible Church, will commit to going through the membership process
• Regular involvement in Fellowship Bible Church activities and events
• Signed acknowledgement of Fellowship Bible Church’s “Confession of Faith” form
• Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in Fellowship Bible Church’s Employee Manual
• Living out the spiritual principles outlined in the “Code of Conduct”

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Work Schedule:
• 40-45 hours/wk. Sun-Thur with flexibility for evening and weekend
events.
